Microsoft Paint is an image editing program developed by Microsoft. It is the basic image editor that everyone who uses Windows can use, as it is installed by default.
Out of all version of MS Paint available, the JPEG-capable Windows 2000/XP version (and Windows Vista/7), is the most useful one.
