PC Games
A PC game is any game natively made for the PC. You could argue that games made for any other system are also PC games when used with an emulator. You could also say that any game made for the console and ported to PC (most games that are also released on consoles, these days) are not PC games at all. The latter argument has some strength in that these console-first games are often extremely, badly optimized for the PC, and run horribly.
