The headsigh is an ASCII portraying a man resting his head in his hands, seemingly agonized; based on the older macro of the Captain Picard facepalm.
Headsigh is usually posted together with the Ackbar ASCII, or posted to express frustration and disbelief. A common variation is to make a post with no image and "facepalm.jpg" as the text. It is often posted on chan sites to show a poster that he is a moron.
