Cynicism

Cynicism is an attitude or state of mind characterized by a general distrust of others' motives. While it useful in being necessarily critical and rationally deductive, the dumbfuckery of anonymous masses have come to redefine this as the act of being very critical in effort to be right for the sake of egotistical appeasement. Very much often associated with acts of pedantry.
