Jake J. Brakm is the /b/tard allegedly behind the football stadium dirty bomb threat copypasta. After owning up to the copypasta when the media latched onto it he received a visit from the 4chan partyvan, proving that you "Don't mess with football" - a quote from the press conference about Brahm, and later added to the official /b/ rules.
