Contrary to what the list says, you can list trippers, people with names, or those who identify with emails. "-PROUD CONSERVATIVE" didn't use any of those fields on /n/ and was listed here regardless with proper notation in his description; so, feel free to add Nurse-kun. On the loli writers, I'd only say add them if they post on /b/ - similarly, fanfiction writers that are the centre of memes (like Peter Chimera) would be more deserving of their own articles, though I can't say if loli writers are up to his level of common awareness.
