Comes from a horribly campy commerical for the anime convention, Sakuracon, where some goth-looking kid references Gilgamesh (the J-Rock Band, not the King of Heroes) in the most weeaboo way possible. Repeatedly spammed on several boards, reducing it to forced meme status.
