Even though Russia is a cool guy, it was inevitable that less than honest people would abuse its IPs. As such, we have to restrict the use of Russian IPs on the wiki to read only permissions. While using Russian IPs to access the wiki, you may not create an account, nor can you edit, rename, or delete pages. You can still view pages, log in, change preferences, and run searches.
