Formerly the fourth member of the Core Four, the Gilesian Republic is currently undergoing a period of upheaval and revolution following a brief civil war that resulted in the establishment of the Duchy of Cyracuse, the Republic of Trienese and the Liran Principality. Formerly the largest of the C-4 in terms of territory, the Gilesian Republic's losses have enraged its nationalist populace and stirred talks of rebellion and war against the Federation, which covertly supported the rebellions.
