These turds contacted our ISP instead of contacting us directly. It wastes our time, forcing us to reply to the ticket on the ISP's website. We process the notices in our email, when we get them, and carry on with our days. When some idiot contacts our ISP, we have to waste our time replying to the ticket to say "The files have been removed". It wastes the time of the ISP's customer service agents, even if it's just a few seconds every time some idiot sends them an email.

One of the worst offenders is this retard Nick Baker, of Zone 8 Media Ltd, who ignores all of the info on the contact page by spamming all of our addresses then continues on to waste the time of our ISP's agents.
