The phrase picture related, or pic related, is used to inform Anonymous that the picture posted is related to the request made in the post. It is extremely straightforward. Also seen as picture somewhat related and picture very related.
Picture unrelated, or pic unrelated, posts are frowned on by mods, because they're usually done as filler images for requests outside of request boards.
